RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase . Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

 

We are proud of our long-standing reputation for quality an value. Mehron Australia will accept a return where:

 

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is significantly different to those shown on the website, or 
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product is unsafe,

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, returns will be accepted where:

 

  • The item was purchased from mehronaustralia.com.au within the past 15 days.
  • The item is unopened, unused and undamaged and in it’s original saleable condition. 
  • The item is not a specially discounted or Sale item. 

 

If these requirements are not satisfied Mehron Australia reserves the right not provide a refund. 

 

Return must be postage paid by purchaser. Shipping and  handling charges are NOT refundable. 

 

Upon receipt of your qualified return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 days for processing.
