Mehron Australia offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING anywhere in Australia for orders over $99 and a flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $99. We endeavor to dispatch orders in one business day – Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian and National Public Holidays).
Express Post through Australia Post guaranteed two to three business day delivery within the same city or town. Please visit the Australia Post website to see delivery times for your location.
To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, it’s a good idea to provide an alternative delivery address, where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
All orders are sent using Australia Post.
Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from mehronaustralia.com.au. When the order is shipped you will receive an automated email from Australia Post which will include your Australia Post consignment number and an Australia Post tracking number.

Shipping is free for all orders of $99 AUD or over within Australia.
Orders below $99 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $15 AUD within Australia.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST.
With the exception of New Zealand, we currently do not ship internationally.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Delivery time is estimated at 4-5 business days for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas. Rural areas may take longer.
A tracking number will be sent to you with your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that Mehron stocks a small number of products that contain flammable liquids that are classed hazardous for airfreight and cannot be shipped to New Zealand.
These items are individually highlighted on the site. Should you inadvertently order one of these items they will be removed from your order and the amount paid for those items refunded.
Please note: Our international courier cannot deliver to a PO Box (or similar). Please enter a physical home or work shipping address when placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur in colours via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.
Please allow an extra business day for delivery during the following National and/or Victorian public holidays:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you will completely love your new Mehron purchase. However, if your item is faulty or damaged you can Contact Us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
We are happy to exchange your purchase for something else from Mehron Australia provided the item has not been opened and is in the same condition you purchased it in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
